Ingredients: 
115 g of butter /uanhandredandfiftín grams of bata/ -mantequilla-
55 g of sugar /fiftifaiv grams of shuga/ -azúcar
2 tablespoon (tbsp) of condensed milk /tutabelspuns of condenst milk/ -dos cucharadas soperas de leche condensada-
1/2 teaspoon (tsp) of vanilla essence /haf tíispun of vanilla ésens/ -media cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
170 g flour /uanhandredanseventi grams of flaua/ -harina
1 tsp of baking powder /uantíispun of beikinpauda/-una cucharita de levadura

Preparation: /prepareshion/
Preheat the oven to 100º C /prihit ze oufen tu uanhandred greids centigreids/ -precalentar el horno a 100º C
Cream the butter and sugar /criim ze bata and shuga/ - hacer una pomada con la mantequilla y el azúcar
Then, the condensed milk and vanilla essence /zen zecondenst milk an vanilla ésens/ -después la leche condensada y la esencia de vainilla
Sift in the dry ingredients. Then, mix. /siftin zedrai ingrediens, zen mics/ -pasar por el cedazo los ingredientes secos y mezclar
Take a tablespoon of dough, roll into a ball. Put in baking tray and flatten. /teik ateibelspun of dau, rolintu abol. putin beikintrei anflaten/ -coge una cucharada de pasta, haz una bola, ponla en la bandeja del horno y aplástala.
